Boxercise
A high intensity workout incorporating specific boxing moves and exercises. The workout utilises punch bags, hook & jab mitts, medicine balls and skipping ropes to copy the type of exercises used in boxing training.

The fully qualified Boxercise Instructors will work with you on the 'hook & jab' mitts, teaching you how to punch correctly and putting you through combinations including how to- Jab, Hook, Body hook, Uppercut, through 'straight's and crosses, duck, roll & move correctly.

The main emphasis of the Boxercise workout is on cardiovascular (heart & lung) improvement and fat burning. Hand-eye co-ordination, hand-speed and balance skills are also improved as is muscular strength and endurance.
